It used to be the index page of my domain, but I've had to change the URL of my blog because unfortunately some "friends" of mine were reading it without my knowledge then using what I wrote against me. So the "Keep Out" version is my attempt to keep them from reading it. Anyways, this site was made mostly as my daily journal, just a bit of space to keep my thoughts from each day. and so ends my summer... i go back to work tomorrow for 2 teacher training/work days... then Wednesday the kids come back.

anyways, big brother is coming on soon and i dont want to miss it so here is the super quick update from me!

- got my car back finally. all fixed now.
- went to see Lion King with Allison Thursday night... it was AMAZING!! if you get the chance go see it!
- garage sale went well. i pocketed about $165 from it so that is awesome for me!
- got totally sunburnt at the canine fun days on Saturday
- Saturday night had a big picnic/BBQ with relatives and friends and had a pretty good time
- I got some great/exciting news this weekend but i have to keep it a secret for a while longer... but as soon as i get permission i will post, cuz it is great news!!

ok well i am off. i have a super busy week but i will try to blog about the first few days of school when i get a chance

So I took my car in to be fixed Thursday and it still isn't done! I'm hoping they call today and say that I can pick it up! Luckily though they found the guy's insurance policy and are charging him the $775 to fix it, plus the cost of my rental car til then.

So Saturday I drove down to Toledo to visit my friends (See photo below). We had a fun time. I tried on bridesmaid dresses for Karen's wedding, then we went out to eat, then to play putt putt, then to Friendly's for icecream.

Sunday we woke up crazy early and drove to Cedar Point. It was hecka hot but we still had fun. The new ride Maverick is so fun and insane. Like there is no predicting where the coaster will go next so your body is going in all these directions you arent prepared for. It was pretty awesome. Luckily I was smart this time and wore a motion-sickness patch behind my ear and it really made me feel a lot better than usual!

So yesterday I started my Fall Graduate Class in Qualitative Statistics. I am not looking forward to all the reading, writing, and researching that I have do to for it but at least I got the easy professor and he lets us out of class early a lot. In fact, last night class was supposed to be from 4:45-8:30 and we were outta there at 6! He also cancelled our next class, which I dont think there was any reason for it but I wasnt going to complain since it is the first week of school and I will already be insanely busy!

So yeah, school starts for us teachers on Monday. Then students start on the Wednesday the 22nd. I have totally been procrastinating doing lesson plans though. I revised my syllabus and that is about it so far.

So today I plan to run errands then hopefully do something school related (either lesson plans or homework for my grad class). Tomorrow I have a meeting since I am our union secretary, guessing that will last a while! Then tomorrow night I am driving home to help my mom set up for a garage sale we're having. Thursday during the day I'm going to work the garage sale, then at night Allison and I are going to see Lion King in cleveland! Friday I'm working the garage sale again. Then Saturday Allison and I are taking out dogs to a dog festival, then all my relatives are coming over for a barbeque. Sunday I am going to drive back to Wooster and probably freak out since school will be starting and I will probably have procrastinated and not finished lesson planning yet!

so i was in my first car accident today... i went to Burger King for lunch, went through the drive-thru and ordered cheese sticks and fries (lol so healthy) but they said they were waiting on them so to pull out front. some other guy had to pull up and wait in front of me too. so anyways, the girl working there brings out my food but forgot my fries... so she gave the guy his food then headed back in for the rest of mine. as she was walking in he realized he didnt get his fries either so he rudely just starts yelling "HEY! HEY!" til she comes back. she was pissed off at him for being rude and he was pissed off at her. so she goes in to get our fries and this idiot starts baking up to be closer to the front door... idiot doesnt look to see i am still behind him!!! so here i am holding my horn down for like 5-10 seconds and he just keeps backing up faster and faster then CRUNCH! idiot totally hits my car. took a big piece out of my front bumper with his big truck! so i got his insurance info and stuff although the guy begged me just to let him pay for it so his insurance doesnt go up higher. anyways, my dad said it is safer just to have insurance handle it so i called and filed a claim a lil bit ago. now i wasting my afternoon making calls back and forth with them. i guess they cant find this guy and his claim #, the one he gave me doesn't work so hopefully it wasnt bogus! i'm supposed to go camping today but now it is delayed because of this and part of me doesn't even want to go anymore cuz i'm afraid to drive with these idiots on the road!
